Personal data
Purpose, processing and recipients :
The personal data that you choose to communicate to PRD Avocats is collected in the context of our missions, requests for information or unsolicited applications. All information is for the sole use of PRD Avocats and its authorized personnel, including partners, associates and interns. The data collected is not passed on to commercial or advertising actors.
The personal data collected is subject to computer processing for the purpose of responding to customer requests and, more generally, for file management purposes.
Legal basis and retention :
The legal basis for the processing of data is our legitimate interest in carrying out such processing, which is necessary for the provision of our legal services as well as support services and related services in connection with the management of the former. The collection of such data is only optional, insofar as the absence of such data does not prevent or render impossible any response to a request for information, service or, in general, any performance of an obligation.
Data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal and professional obligations and our professional indemnity insurance obligations.
We implement appropriate processes and technical means to protect the personal data we collect.
Your rights :
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (amended version), you may obtain communication and, where appropriate, rectification or deletion of information concerning you, by sending your request together with proof of identity to PRD avocats, 5, rue Saint-Philippe du Roule, 75008 Paris.
Finally, in the event of a dispute, you may refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés.
